IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The Cage is made from HEAVY GAGE BRUSHED ALUMINUM and is joined together with BRASS TURBULAR RIVETS and NOT pop rivits.

The HEAVY DUTY HANDLE is made to FOLD FLAT to facilitate EASIER PACKING

The CAGE BODY is trimmed with POLISHED CHROME "T" MOLDING, which not only adds to the luster of the prop but also helps to HIDE THE DEPTH OF THE BODY. The molding also acts as a bumper to help keep your prop looking great for years to come.

REVIEW:
First and foremost this a Professional Made Grade Product and is not a lightweight framework cage. As an example, the cage weights about 9-10 pounds and solid as a rock.

All of the Ad Copy is correct and it looks even better than the pictures from the website.

The operation mechanism is manual and is the easiest direct method of accomplishing the effect. No audio sensors, batteries, electronics, and other items than can fail easily are used with the cage. The mechanism is fast in operation and should last a long time without breakage. From a noise standpoint, it makes the typical level of sound than any other mechanism using the same principle.

The effect can be used with or without the fire. The well is made of copper and I have not seen any leakage to any other part of the cage. The flame height normally reaches about 3/4s of the height of the inside of the cage and is very visible. If you have large hands like I do you might have to use a big match (longer than normal) to lite the flame due to the width between the cage vertical fencing.

The production area is not made of cloth, but of grained vinyl for easy cleanup for by-products of the dove.

The handle is attached very well and spins without a lot of resistance. It does made a metallic sound about once per revolution, but it does not draw anyway from the effect. If on stage and with music probably no sound will be heard.

The dove load might require a minimum of tail trimming, just depends on your dove. The instructions make a statement of not leaving the dove inside the load for over two (2) minutes after a setting up four (4) to five (5) minutes before the production. After talking directly with the manufactor, he stated that the time was added after the first run or two of the units as a customer had advised the manufactor that he had to delay his show for 30 minutes and was not able to reset the load during this time and the dove died. I believe that this was an error with the performer not the product as I would never let a dove stay that long. The manufactor stated that he put the two minute note in the instructions after that. Again, if used in a reasonable time I do not see this as a problem. You could even do a very slight mod that would alleviate any concerns if you had any.

I am very pleased and proud to use this product and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The product is everything it says it is and more. Quality and professionally made! This is example of how all magical equipment should be made!

Had a great time at the convention. Really enjoyed watching Pat demonstrate your fine products. He really did a fine job representing your illusions. I absolutely love the Phoenix. This is a well constructed prop. I have had some fun perfoming it for some friends, and they were in awe!!!!! I'll send you some photos when I get it worked into my show.
Look forward to more props from you in the future. It is nice to find quality props that have a very nice appearance and are practical for the working magician.

What a hit!! I used the Fire Cage at the Beaver Town Mall in Cincinnati over the weekend. We had four shows a day Sat.Sun. and we opened with the cage each time. My wife brought it on stage spinning it . I would stop it and put the lighting fluid on it and lit it. After about five sec. so the audience could see the fire Marcia would spin it again and then the dove appeared. The audience really gasp from it. It really went over big. I can't wait to use it this fall in my college and univ. show. GREAT ITEM.Very well built too. If anybody wants to know anything about it have them e-mail me.
